The agent rebuilds the thread from requirement to model to evidence, reads the change orders in between, measures the gap in code, and marks each requirement closed or open with the page it came from. Nothing is pre-computed, and the matrix refuses to mark a requirement verified on evidence from a revision the baseline does not pin.
